Raman Financial Group was founded in 2020 by a group of experts in investment banking and corporate finance residing in Australia. Initially, the company aimed to focus on mergers and acquisitions in Australia, Asia, and the Pacific region. However, due to the extensive expertise and communication network of its founders, the company’s mission changed to becoming a financial holding in 2023, with a focus on attracting capital from investors and investing in high-demand and high-yield areas, particularly in the MENA region.

Starting in 2023, all M&A activities of Raman Financial Group will be carried out under the investment banking department, operating under the RAMAN M&A brand, aiming to create significant value for its shareholders.
The Raman Financial Group team is confident that its experience in the field of holding establishment will enable it to become one of the most profitable holdings in the ASX by 2030.
